1. Introduction

Welcome to EOS IT Solutions d.o.o. By using our IT outsourcing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide IT outsourcing services such as software development, system maintenance, and technical support. Details are specified in the service agreement.

3. Payments

Payments are due within 15 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur fees.

4. Confidentiality

We both agree to keep all confidential information private.​

​

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property created during our services belongs to EOS IT Solutions d.o.o. until full payment is made.​​

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

​

7. Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. All outstanding fees must be paid upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.

​

9. Amendments

We may amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of changes.
